Такого отвратительного обслуживания я еще не встречала нигде! Заказывала игрушку онлайн, приехала забрать заказ в этот магазин. Предварительно позвонила. Оказалось что продавец уже закрыла магазин (было около 19.30 а часы работы магазина с 10.00 до 22.00). По телефону она хамски отвечала, мол магазин закрыт,надо заранее предупреждать, но я мол сделаю одолжение и открою.Мне кажется или это ненормальное поведение?! Что ж, в итоге,оказавшись в магазине, я увидела ту же самую игрушку, которую за казала на сайте.но цена ее была примерно на 1000 руб.дешевле. Я спросила могу ли купить эту игрушку по данной цене, а от заказа отказаться. На что мне в грубой абсолютно хамской форме ответили, что магазин закрыт и можно забрать только заказ. Сумма меньше потому что не успели поменять.Также продавщица сказала вам и так вам на уступки пошли. оформили самовывоз,надо доставку было оформлять. Но магазин предоставляет такую услугу и непонятно о каких уступках вообще шла речь!Игрушка нужна была в подарок на день рождения срочно, поэтому я, несмотря на то что мне хотелось просто уйти из этого магазина, все таки отдала деньги. Посмотрев на чек я увидела что продавец пробила не 2290 а 2390 рублей. То есть еще на 100 рублей больше. Я указала на ошибку,продавец что то невнятное ответила. В общем если хотите испорченного настроения и отвратительного отношения — вам сюда.Пожалуйста примите меры.С такими продавцами вы потеряете всех клиентов. – показать
