Сегодня в ресторане Империал, который я порекомендовала друзьям, случился вопиющий случай. В еду был добавлен ингредиент, вызывающий отек гортани (официанка была предупреждена, что блюдо должно быть без этого ингредиента). Результат - вызов скорой, отсутствие адекватной реакции со стороны персонала. И когда я подъехала, ещё услышала и хамство со стороны администратора. В аптеку побежали не сотрудники, а друг. Потому что сотрудники ответили: «А кто нам за это заплатит?» Так что если будете умирать от аллергии в этом ресторане, их будет интересовать один вопрос. А кто оплатит салатик? Книга жалоб - одна заполнена. А вторая, прочитав последнюю страницу стало ясно, что хозяева сами себя наказали. Запись краткая и емкая - «говно». После этого, даже смысла не было писать отзыв в книге. Р.S. Счёт мы оплатили

Отличное заведение, в котором название ресторана говорит само за себя. Здесь всё по имперски. Вас встретит сомелье и гардеробщик. Далее огромный зал ресторана, со сценой для выступления живой музыки, а на третьем этаже есть бильярд. Работает приветливый персонал и быстро справляется с заказом. Сам же тут для друга заказывал банкетный зал, т.к. у него был юбилей 30 лет. Замечательно провели вечер. Явства были очень вкусные, где-то даже пикантные. Спасибо заведению)
