Лет 10 была постоянным клиентом этого магазина. Действительно много хороших вещей, еще больше интересных штучек и всяких примочек для кухни. На любой вкус. Мое отношение изменилось после того, как я приобрела в Кулинарном клубе некачественный товар, и магазин почти 2 недели отказывался принять его обратно под разными предлогами. Была и попытка ввести меня в заблуждение, и откровенная ложь со стороны продавцов, и попытка сделать подложное заключение от псевдо-экспертов, которые таковыми не являлись. В конце концов мне пришлось заказать независимую экспертизу. Результат экспертизы был однозначным - производственный брак. Более того, я неожиданно узнала, что далеко не первая, кто обратился в бюро независимой экспертизы с товарами из этого магазина, и у всех была аналогичная проблема - магазин наотрез отказывался принимать некачественные вещи обратно. После ознакомления с результатами экспертизы товар у меня представители магазина все-таки приняли, но при этом заместитель директора позволила себе грубо высказаться в отношении эксперта Бюро, назвала человека с более чем 2-х десятилетним стажем некомпетентным, неграмотным, сказала, что у "таких" надо отбирать лицензию и много чего еще высказала в том же тоне. После этого для меня деловая репутация этого магазина скатилась к нулю. Больше туда не приду. Но есть и плюс во всей этой истории - я нашла сайты, где можно заказать ту же самую посуду почти на треть дешевле. Теперь буду заказывать исключительно там.

Персонал хороший , но запрещают фото и видео съёмку , незнание законов директоров повергает меня в шок , учите законы РФ прежде чем открывать магазины!!!
