Работаю рядом, частенько захожу сюда. В самом кафе не обедаю из-за жуткого шума постоянного. Народу всегда много в любое время работы заведения. Очереди тоже стабильны. В час дня вообще жесть - рядом Плешка, студенты создают и очередь минут на 15-20, и мест нет катастрофически вообще. В общем, уровень шума и поточности как в том же МакДаке. Но еда превосходна. Беру часто бутеры, мой любимый с лососем. Салаты, котлеты, мясо, выпечка - все вкусное, все свежее, все нравится. Идеально для еды на вынос ;-)

Невнимательный персонал: Не погрели еду Сделали велдан, вместо медиум раре для бифштекса В зале сидят три сотрудника и громко и бурно обсуждают вписки, отпуска и смену работы. Самая худшая точка братьев в Москве, съездите на проспект мира (м Алексеевская) для обмена опыта

1. Персонал не успевает принимать и выдавать заказы из-за большого потока посетителей (рядом университет) 2. На кассе не оказалось сдачи наличными, пришлось просить подругу заплатить вместо меня картой 3. Но и картой мы ждали оплаты минут 15, потому что у работников зависли сразу все компьютеры 4. Они потеряли поднос с заказом моей подруги, мы потеряли время, чтобы его отыскать 5. Лапша с овощами вкусная, но она стала холодной за то время, пока мы пытались оплатить и получить свою еду 6. Электронная очередь по талонам. Надпись, что здесь такие правила, еле заметна. Поэтому мы отстояли в очереди дважды) 7. Стоит кофемашина и ты сам должен себе сделать кофе, на который предварительно нужно взять отдельный талон на кассе. Инструкции к кофемашине нет 8. Худший филиал Лавки, в котором я была. Сюда больше не вернусь и всем посоветую не посещать
