Это просто кошмар! Пришла с определённой целью: сделать красивую стрижку! Горе-мастер просто подравняла мне чёлку, долго ахала и охала, что так она стричь не умеет и в итоге вообще сказала, что она ничего не может сделать. Подошла на кассу и с меня взяли полную стоимость стрижки, хотя просто подравняли чёлку! На мой вопрос: а за что тогда оплата, я получила ответ в виде пожатия плечами и словами: у нас все равно берётся оплата. Ужас! Более отвратительного салона с неумехами я в жизни не встречала! Очень жаль, что другие тоже могут наткнуться на таких "мастеров"!

Здравствуйте, Елена! Вы были у одного из наших лучших мастеров по стрижкам. Профессионального и очень критичного к себе! Вас сразу предупредили, что стрижки «с картинки» не выйдет, так как не хватает длины, вы на это согласились и мастеру доверились. В течении часа вам была оказана услуга в полном объеме (мытьё, стрижка, сушка и укладка), запись с видео камер это подтверждает! Стоимость данной услуги 1000 руб. Мы своих клиентов любим и очень дорожим ими! Более того работаем уже 10 лет и 70% клиентов - это те люди, которые к нам возвращаются! Нам очень жаль, что вы не почувствовали нашей любви, поэтому желаем вам найти свой салон и своего мастера!
