Дизайнеры плохо взаимодействуют с теми, кто устанавливает кухни. Договаривалась что рукав у раковины будет в право, а установили влево. На мой вопрос установщики довольно подробно объяснили что так, как я хочу, технически нельзя сделать. Почему дизайнер не согласовала это с технологом, я не понимаю. Я бы тогда без рукова бы взяла раковину. С фартуком возникли вопросы, дизайнер говорит делайте, делайте, все хорошо, установщики по факту спрашивают зачем до кухни сделали фартук. Но в итоге выкрутились и с помощью доп. конструкций все повесили ровно. Так же возникла проблема с установкой и подключением техники. Мне дизайнер высылала договор дополнительный, сказала что мне все подключат, на месте уже выяснилось что мне надо доплатить ещё десятку. К тому моменту у меня закончились деньги на ремонт и тем более на кухню, потому что все было четко рассчитано, пришлось занимать. Ещё "Мария" славится тем, что пока вы не внесли полностью деньги, о вас помнят звонят сами, а как только весь остаток внесён – про вас забывают. Более того, вы ещё хрен туда дозвонитесь, а если дозвонитесь, то не факт что вас не сольют сказав "сейчас нет такого человека, я передам что вы звонили". А если ваш дизайнер уволится со студии, то вам вдвойне придется напрягаться и тратить время, на что, чтобы вами занялись. Пришлось не раз отложить свои дела и съездить в студию, чтобы уладить вопросы, которыми должны заниматься сотрудники Марии, но никак не клиент. Поэтому, если вы планируете установить простую кухню, не сложной формы, без всяких изысков, то вам точно следует обратиться в другую компанию. Со сложным проектом, походите по разным студиям, есть и лучше "Марии" компании, если только там могут сделать вашу мечту – не страшно, идите к ним, но будьте внимательны и требовательны. За такие деньги, сервис должен быть не просто "нормальным", а отличным.
