Добрый день! Купили кухню в салоне Стильные кухни в ТЦ Империя. Компания просрочила сроки поставки кухонных комплектующих на неделю. 01.12.2019 в момент приемки товара оказалось не хватает смесителя и металлических полок в накладной и по факту. Но самое ужасное - это клиентское обслуживание. Менеджер Лапина Алёна не решает проблему, вышла на связь один раз за весь день 01.12.2019, все разговоры заканчиваются словами, а не делом. Договорились, что сегодня 02.12.2019, пока установщик ставит кухню, все довезут, в итоге Лапина Алена вообще не выходит на связь, а на общем телефоне в салоне ТЦ Империя сидит женщина-хамло, которая мало того, что отказывается узнавать и решать проблему, так еще и хамит. Первый и последний раз я связываюсь с вашей шарашкиной конторой и никогда никому не порекомендую. Очень бы хотелось, чтоб этот отзыв довели до руководства.
