Мастера салона не умеют ратотать с детьми и даже не стремятся расположить. В итоге два часа успокаивала после стрижки ребёнка. Никто даже не попытался извиниться! Администраторы не пытаются сгладить конфликт с клиентом, а наоборот подогревают его. Стоит отметить только мастеров-маникюра, девочки работают качественно, быстро и всегда воспитаны, чего не скажешь о другом персонале салона. Такое впечатление, что попадаешь на рынок.
