Заказала двери на роликах для шкафа, менеджер Сергей. Менеджер ужасный, направленный договор весь с ошибками, данные внесены не верно, исправляла сама и отпраляла ему для подписи. Договор заключается от ИП. Ролики сломались меньше чем за год. 3месяца от Сергея не могу добиться приезда сотрудника для ремонта. Обещает каждый день, к телефону не подходит. Форнитура с браком, зеркала тонкие,без каркаса, если дети не советую покупать, могут разбиться.

Добрый день, меня зовут Мария. От лица компании прошу прощения за предоставленные неудобства. Зеркала в двери купе идут стандартной толщины 4 мм, на каждом зеркале клеится пленка безопасности, и если оно разобьется, все осколки останутся на пленке. На сколько мне известно, наш специалист выезжал к Вам и устранил проблему с роликами.
