Здравствуйте, Наталья! Да, конечно, скачать приложение можно на нашем сайте в разделе Поддержка-Программы. В открывшемся приложении внесите в Настройках номер сим- карты в Кситал и пароль(если он менялся).

Здравствуйте, Алексей! Длина кабеля 2.5м, удлинить нельзя. Если плохой прием то нужно использовать направленную антенну в диапазоне 2G

Использую 5 лет. Классное решение для дачи. Охранная сигнализация + управление отопительным оборудованием. Удобный интерфейс программы управления. Хорошая техподдержка. Просто рекомендую, без рекламы

Покупал Кситал 8 лет назад. За это время зарекомендовал себя как надежный и расширяемый(функционально) прибор. Работает у меня и как сигнализация дома, квартиры. Управляет отоплением в доме, работой сауны и поливом на участке. Удобное приложение, есть мониторинг объекта. Впечатления в большей части положительные.
