Я живу в комнате без окон и пользуюсь кондиционерами каждую ночь. Однажды мой пульт конфискован. Мне стало стыдно, потому что я потратил электричество. Она сказала, что из-за сезона кондиционер был полностью остановлен ，но в коридоре. Кондиционер все еще работал, и позже сказала, что для его ремонта нужен техник.Наконец, она все еще возвращала мне пульт после того, как я неоднократно просил, но проблема была не в этом, а в привычке лгать, которую мне было немного трудно понять.

Персонал, выполнтл распоряжение директора. Ни какой лжи. Данная модель кондиционера не преднозначенна для работы в зимнее время года ( до - 5 градусов). Его включение может привести к поломке наружнего блока. В номере есть как обогреватели, так и система приточно- вытяжной винтиляции. Мы приносим извинения за то, что Вам это не разяснили.

Всего 5 номеров. Нет питьевой воды и чайника в номере, вода горячая из бойлера, хватает на одного человека. Завтрак просто сухпаек. На фото есть пример. Из горячего только кипяток. Рядом никакой инфраструктуры нет. В номере моем небыло даже окна !!! И да, нет ершика и освежителя воздуха в туалете.! Из плюсов - их не увидела, минусы все перечеркивают. А ещё за все это получается очень дорого!

Здравствуйте! Спасибо за Ваш отзыв. Очень жаль что, Вы не видите то, что стоит у Вас в номере. Термос- с питьевой водой на тумбочке холодильника. Кипяток у администратора -круглосуточно. Услуга глажки, стирки белья также есть. Бойлер на 50 литров расчитан минимум на двоих. Завтрак стандартный - континентальный.(есть на сайте) В целях гигиены ёршик отсутствует, мы производим уборку ежедневно. Вентиляция у нас хорошая. Время выезда из отеля в 12.00! Вы выехали в 14.00 без доп. оплаты. С Уважением, отель Круиз.
