очень грубое отношение к посетилям,записаны были в 20:30,приехали за 5 минут,нас по просили подождать несколько минут,потом едем 5 минут в итоге прошло 20 минут!!! когда зашли сказали что нужно будет выйти с бане раньше времени на что нам сказали бронь у нас 20:30 а то что простояли на у улице это в счёт, к тому же девушка с рецепшина в грубой сказала нам что мы не будем вас принимать!!!!!!!!! Это что за отношения

Место само по себе нормальное, были там 1 раз. Вроде более менее чистенько НО Когда решили поехать туда на 23 февраля, нам перед входом сказали что предыдущие гости не вышли из сауны и мы можем идти куда хотим. Конечно же как разумные люди, перед посещением сауны мы предварительно туда позвонили, забронировали места. И были настроены пойти погреться, НО нас не предупредили и не сказали, что сауна занята. В общем не рекомендую туда идти, если хотите попариться без эксцессов!

Был неприятно удивлен. Позвонил, заказал. подтвердили. Правда с трудом убедил записать мои контакты.Через 2 часа звонок: «К сожалению, на это время занято». Сделал вывод: Можно приехать к закрытым дверям.
