Строят красивые высокие дома,но не продумывают дороги к ним,дворы вокруг домов маловаты

Сразу видно, что некоторые отзывы писали сами сотрудники данной компании. А реальность такова, что Крост такой вежливый и приветливый только до того момента, как Ваши кровно заработанные деньги поступят на их счет! Дальше какие либо проблемы надо решать с ними через суды. В ЖК "Новая Звезда" до сих пор не решен вопрос с кондиционированием, хотя первые корпуса ввели еще в 2017 году. Про садик отдельный разговор: висит уже столько лет только баннер "СКОРО здесь будет детский сад", а его даже не начинали еще строить. Многострадальную школу только достроили спустя столько времени, но до сих пор не могут ввести в эксплуатацию. У многих жителей проблемы были со стеклопакетами, которые обещали заменить, но некоторым до сих пор с 2017 не могут поменять. Ну а главное, то каким Вы (будущие покупатели) увидите проект всего комплекса у них в офисе - может по итогу оказаться другим в реальности. Поскольку всем предыдущим покупателям показывали, что между 1-4 и 5-8 корпусами должен быть красивый парк (где-то его рекламировали как "Секретный парк"), а в итоге меркантильная сущность победила в застройщике, и в дальнейшем хотят построить парковку с коммерческими помещениями, которую первоначально планировали возвести за территорией ЖК "Новая Звезда".

Как можно быть такими мерзкими и относится к клиенту как к полному говну? заставлять каждый раз ждать по 2 часа, накосячить во всех договорах, просрать все сроки..
