Уже не в первый раз подключаю в квартире интернет, но с таким ни разу не встречался. Сотрудник назначил время подключения так, что мне пришлось отпрашиваться с работы, а сам опоздал на два часа. Затем с семи до половины первого ночи возился с подключением, и на замечания, что всем завтра на работу отвечал тихим мычанием. Когда интернет был подключен, то на выхлопе оказалось шесть мегов вместо заявленных пятидесяти, и это в ночь со вторника на среду. На следующий день ничего не работало. Через две недели мучений я перешёл на другого провайдера, а когда в компании Кросс-т узнали, то пришли перерезать мне кабель в подъезде и требовать оплату их услуг. Пришлось дать денег чтоб ушли, хотя надо было вызвать полицию. В общем не советую с ними связываться.
