Ужасное обслуживание, все делают очень долго!!!!

Здравствуйте. Мы сожалеем о Вашем негативном опыте посещения нашего фотосалон. Хотим разобраться в этой ситуации. Напишите, пожалуйста, когда и по какому вопросу Вы к нам обращались (дата/номер заказа)? Какой услугой Вы остались недовольны?

Я не помню номера заказа, заходила заправить катредж. В итоге мастера нет на месте, сказали ехать надо в сипайлово, позвонили, там оказывается мастера тоже нет. Пришлось оставить катредж, сказали будет готово на следующей день, пришла на следующий день вечером в итоге нет ни катреджа ни мастера (а мне надо было очень срочно). Что за такое обслуживание, больше ни за что не обращусь в ваш салон!!!!

Услуга заправки картриджа по данном адресу На МЕСТЕ не осуществляется. Картриджи мы заправляем в сипайловском филиале. Стандартный срок заправки сутки (т. к. картридж нужно увезти-заправить-привезти) . Иногда случается форс-мажор и заправка происходит чуть дольше. Приносим свои извинения за ожидание.

Добрый день. Просим предоставить детали обращения в наше заведение, мы желаем удостовериться, что Вы у нас на самом деле были и исправить существующие недочёты с вашей помощью. Скажите пожалуйста, дату вашего визита, номер заказа или чека, время посещения, ваш мобильный телефон, контактные данные и т.п.

Хорошая компания! Отправляет фотографии и за пределы Башкирии. Очень удобно. Почтой дошло за неделю до Нягани. Цены очень привлекательные. Существенно ниже чем у конкурентов.
