Здание не тянет на Бизнес центр, скорее подходит под районную поликлинику.

Постоянно перебои с электричеством и отоплением, часто нет охраны на месте. Но есть свежий ремонт, регулярная уборка здания.

Современный бизнес центр. Доступная инфраструктура по соседству, кофейня, салон-красоты, даже стоматология. Все в здании. Неплохо с парковкой.

Нам очень нравится БЦ. Всегда чисто, приятно пахнет, приятный ремонт. Ничего лишнего. Приятный и главное небольшой БЦ, нет суеты, знаю почти всех арендаторов - своих соседей, охрана отзывчивая. Изначально выглядит невзрачно но в итоге создается очень приятное впечатление "домашнего" офиса. Всем советую.
