Я хожу сюда стричься не первый раз, потом ходила в другой салон, о чем очень пожалела. Сегодня были всей семьей, и мужа и ребенка подстригли отлично и меня как всегда. Спасибо девочкам, салон рекомендую. Долго искала по близости салон и нашла,я привередливая ещё)). Мастерам Анне и Валентине отдельное спасибо 🙂

Записалась я на стрижку на 17.00 пришла, в итоге девушка-мастер даже не торопилась меня принять, хотя мое время уже шло в ожидание очереди, но никого это не смущало, что я сижу и жду, она очень заинтересованно беседовала с другой клиенткой которой в торопях красили волосы... процесс который я увидела со стороны поверг меня в шок, я думала дама уйдет лысая... как ей там волосы драли это что-то... В салоне грязно, все зеркальные столики в волосах, я понимаю, что карантин и один мастер на всю студию, НО, раз вы уж работаете , то хотябы порядок должен быть! Мастер вежлива и добрая, к этому притензий нет! Но само ожидание и реакция , что раз я последняя на сегодняшний день, то мастер может и не торопиться, не смотря на то, что у меня потом свои дела, ну никого же там это не волнует.. Поэтому итог один, к вам я второй раз не пойду, и другим не советую🤞

Спасибо Настя за критику, обязательно обратим внимание на те моменты,на которые Вы заостряете внимание....Откровенно говоря, мы клиентоориентированы, но до сих пор не понимаем кто работал с Вами? Можете назвать имя мастера?
