Ужасное отношение сотрудников, которые общаются по ватсапу! Сообщают недействительную информацию, в нужный момент игнорируют. Мое мнение о Крокусе испорчено, хотя раньше я минимум раз в месяц закупала цветы для дома. Но именно с общением с сотрудниками не сталкивалась до этого, даже элементарное извините написать не могут!!! Фу

Добрый день, Карина! Приносим извинения за то, что вам пришлось столкнуться с этим. Сейчас у нас на складе работает всего один человек, в связи с карантином и мы просто не успеваем отвечать своевременно. Уже приняли меры по решению данной проблемы, еще раз извините.
