Воспитатели злые, не приветливые. Не пойму откуда много хороших отзывов. Всех кого спрашивала, плохо отзывались об этом детском саде.

Добрый день! В отношении жалобы администрация считает необходимым сообщить, что во время посещения нашего дошкольного учреждения, у клиента не имелось претензии ни к воспитателям, ни к администрации, ни к качеству оказываемых услуг. В разговоре с Анастасией клиент планировал, что его ребенок будет продолжать посещение сада после выздоровления, что свидетельствует о том, что претензий к воспитателям не было. В договоре между детским садом и родителями прописан порядок оплаты, возвратов и перерасчетов по уважительной причине. Условия договора обязательны для исполнения обеими сторонами. Кроме того организация имеет обязательства перед арендодателями, сотрудниками и прочее. Перерасчет в случае с данным клиентом не был предусмотрен условиями договора. На почве возникших финансовый противоречий считаем обвинения в адрес воспитателей необоснованными. С уважением, администрация детского сада.

Посещали сайт Кроха Енот 1,5 года. Встречались разные родители и такие же дети, но почти ко всем удавалось у персонала сада найти подход. Очень благодарна Светлане Ивановне в младшей группе. Спасибо ей огромное за то, что научила мою дочь ходить на горшок, есть вилкой/ложкой, правильно держать карандаш/ручку. Потом мы перешли в среднюю группу. Там познакомились со строгой, справедливой и очень хорошей Викторией Андреевной. Очень хорошая воспитательница, ребенок до сих пор вас вспоминает. Сад советую для посещения детей.

Хороший сад, есть свои плюсы и минусы конечно как и везде, но чувствуется, что руководство и сотрудники действительно старается делать свою работу хорошо, внимательны к обратной связи. С детками много занимаются, не дня без поделки.
