Не советую иметь какие-либо дела с «риэлтором» Еленой. Обо всём по порядку: -при покупке квартиры были предоставлены не все документы в МФЦ,от чего оформление квартиры знатно затянулось. То есть попросту риэлтор не выполнила свою работу. - я несколько раз после покупки квартиры просила дать мне номер бывшего хозяина,но мои просьбы игнорировались,когда пришли из УК и это было необходимо - скинула без проблем. -данная особа сказала,что часть имущества её и я должна ей всё передать,что я сделала сразу же. Тк с бывшим хозяином напрямую я созвонилась позже,то уже потом узнала,что ВСЁ имущество входило в стоимость квартиры (с её стороны это слишком позорно 😂) -тк эта дама продавала мебель из мною приобретённой квартиры - её покупатели оставили глубокую царапину на ламинате в центре комнаты (потом из-за этого пришлось менять ламинат 🤦🏻‍♀️) И вишенка на этом безобразном торте - пришлось самой подавать в суд,тк бывший собственник не выписывался. А ведь при заключении сделки обещали,что всё будет в лучшем виде. 3 звёзды ставлю только благодаря внимательному отношению Владимира (директора) к данной ситуации ,который связался со мной,обсудил инцидент и принёс извинения от лица компании (как и Елена).

Любовь, здравствуйте! Я директор компании "Кристалл Недвижимость" Принцев Владимир! Могли бы вы связаться со мной для того, чтобы я разобрался в данной ситуации. В случае подтверждения данного факта сотрудник будет уволен. В любом случае если собственник отказывается от исполнения своих обязательств, наш юридический отдел осуществляет выписку в судебном порядке. Вам нужно было обратится сразу к руководству.
