Прохожу криотерапию в закрытой криокапсуле ICEQUEEN курсами примерно 2 раза в год. Всегда в одной и той же клинике. Эффект очень нравится. Врачи говорят, что такой экстремальный холод помогает справиться со многими болезнями засчет запуска механизма саморегуляции и самоизлечения. Мне лечить особо нечего, так как здорова, но для себя положительные эффекты я отмечаю такие (поэтому и хожу): повышается упругость кожи, она становится плотнее что-ли, эластичнее, целлюлит будто разбивается, кожа выравнивается. Общее состояние тоже отличное - такая бодрость в теле, тонус в мышцах, настроение хорошее, нормализуется сон, снимается усталость. Только ради этого одного можно ходить! Но и некоторые проблемы с кожей тоже можно подправить, она будто оздоравливается и становится моложей. В общем, всем рекомендую! Хотя бы попробуйте один раз. Сначала, конечно, страшно немного. Шутка ли -130 градусов! Но на самом деле за 2 минуты и не успеваешь понять, что то действительно так холодно, а если еще и правильно настроиться...
