Хочу выразить огромную благодарность Ольге Рязановой за ее профессионализм, уверенность в успехе, позитив и спокойствие, которое сопровождало нас весь процесс поиска квартиры. Дело в том, что изначально мы хотели купить квартиру без отделки. Либо с косметическим ремонтом и делать её «под себя», понимая, что ремонт который нам понравится на все 100 - будет стоить бешеных денег и придётся искать что-то более менее приемлемое и все равно переделывать... а это, конечно, траты-все понимают какие . Но в итоге, Ольга подобрала для нас вариант из тех, которые мы даже не рассматривали. И это оказалась потрясающая квартира с классным, дизайнерским ремонтом, который даже не нужно переделывать. Заезжай и живи в удовольствие! В том интерьере который мы и представляли для себя. За сумму, которую мы смогли себе позволить. Неоценимая помощь Ольги в сборе документов,оформлении сделки, ипотеки, всей документации, - позволила нам просто не заморачиваться, расслабиться и наслаждаться процессом)) очень важно доверять своему Риэлтору и иметь такую возможность-не вникать в детали, а просто довериться профессионалу своего дела. Процесс покупки квартиры прошёл очень оперативно и гладко! Никакого стресса, а только удовольствие и предвкушение жизни в нашей прекрасной квартирке!! От всей души, СПАСИБО!!
