Воспользовались услугами компании в середине декабря. Честно сказать очень скептически отнёсся к компании, так как риэлтор была очень сильно уверена в своих возможностях, по статистике, после новогодних праздников продать квартиру достаточно сложно. Но, все получилось, к концу января имущество было продано. Все сложилось очень хорошо, повезло с покупателем, в банке проблем не возникло, в мфц все приняли быстро, не смотря на 2% бум. Вообще продажа квартиры оказывается сложный процесс, есть подводные камни, которые легко решаются такими специалистами. Банально, неправильное запятая, может перекосить весь процесс купли-продажи. Может быть все прошло так хорошо, из-за того, что мы отдали ключи от квартиры агенту. Да, квартира была пустая, и чтобы не назначать встречи, агент предложила отдать ключи ей, чтобы быть более мобильной. Видимо, это и сыграло большую роль. В любом случае, спасибо. Обратимся ещё раз. Допишу отзыв когда продастся другое имущество.

Обратились к агенству Крепость по рекомендации родственников и не пожалели, благодаря помощи риэлтора мы нашли нашу квартиру мечты. Во всех этапах приобретения жилья нас сопровождала наш риэлтор, помогала во всем. Спасибо агенству Крепость👍🏻
