Обратились в эту организацию, чтобы одобрить ипотеку, не имея официального заработка. Но, в итоге, получили целый спектр услуг, чем неимоверно довольны! Нам, мало того, что очень быстро одобрили ипотеку, так ещё и без первоначального взноса плюс под минимальный возможный процент. Это просто песня! Сотрудники всегда вежливы, выполняют работу быстро и в срок, стараются "вытащить" любую ситуацию. Менеджер Анастасия Быстрова заслуживает всяческих похвал! У нас была непростая ситуация и, именно балодаря Насте, мы смогли, в итоге, купить квартиру! Я буду всем друзьям советовать Кредитную лабораторию, и сама обязательно к ним вернусь! На фоне всеобщей безответственности, рвачества, беспрецендентного желания нажиться друг на друге, что царит сейчас у нас в стране, было особенно приятно узнать, что у нас ещё остались такие светлые люди и организации, которым можно довериться и которые не подведут.

Полные нули. Месяц кормили обещаниями, вместо прямого ответа, что ничего одобрить не могут и не смогут. И это в ситуации с отсутствием просрочек и высоким доходом. Никаких связей и возможностей, кроме пары девочек-специалистов в доп.офисах, которые просто примут у вас заявки - нет. "Занимался" моим вопросом Денис - он умеет только писать отписки в почте, да и те не слишком умело. Сразу по обращению они заломят комиссию чуть ли не на четверть стоимости кредита, а потом будут гонять вас по банкам "на дурака", авось кто одобрит. Проще обратиться самому, шансы те же, да и время с деньгами сэкономите. Категорически не советую, просто потеряете время и нервы.
