Крайне не доволен, пришел взял талон на 40.., в итоге люди которые пришли позже меня прошли быстрее так как у них начиналось на 30.. просидел около 1.5 часа так и не вызвали! Издевательское отношение к клиентам! Вам поучится в других городах бы как относится к клиентам!

Охранник помог разобраться с терминалом для получения реквизитов и мне не пришлось вставать в очередь чем сэкономил время: моё, других посетителей и сотрудников банка.

Сегодня пришла в банк активировать школьную карту. По электронной очереди я прождала 40 мин., когда на табло высветился мой номер очереди, в кассу номер 4, то там, с таким же номером горел ещё один очередной номер, я сразу же пошла к четвёртой кассе, но там находился клиент, номером ранее указанным на табло. По нормам приличия я дождалась, когда клиент выйдет, хотя на табло у кассира горел номер клиента передо мной, значит, следующая очередь была моя. Кассир сказала, что я очередь пропустила, т.к. за ней ещё хотел зайти парень без очереди. Я попыталась ей всё объяснить, но меня даже не выслушали, пропустив без очереди парня. Такое обслуживание не допустимо. Руководству банка необходимо отрегулировать работу кассиров и таблоида, иначе они потеряют много клиентов, которые прекратят сотрудничество с этим банком. Сейчас,то время, когда этикет и время клиентов всегда должны быть на первом месте.
