Мне нравится отделение на Беляево - там никогда нет очередей - я прихожу и очень быстро плачу кредит. Просто даже в радость такое обслуживание) Спасибо

Побывал в данном отделении. Три специалиста, два человека в очереди передо мной, 30 минут ожидания... Теперь о самом банке в целом - навязали нам его наглым обманом в фитнес-центре. При этом пели красиво, а по факту вышел полный бардак. Проценты по потребительскому кредиту составили вместо обещанных 22,8 целых 45,14 годовых!!! В лучших традициях 90-х... Лишнее подтверждение, что нужно внимательно читать каждое слово подписываемого договора в подобных "чудо-банках".

В офисе быстрое обслуживание. Сотрудники вежливые и всё подсказывают, если что-то не понятно.

Офис маленький (по площади), клиентов довольно много, ожидать своей очереди к операторк негде, пришлось стоять на небольшом "островке" в тесноте плечом к плечу с другими клиентами. Ожидала своей очереди более 15 минут. Больше в это отделение не приду.

Удобный график работы, адекватные сотрудники, несмотря на большой поток народа, очереди и перебранки в них. Но многолюдность не вина сотрудников, при нас никто на перерывы и перекуры не выходил, а менеджмента банка, у которого большинство отделений работает по антиклиентскому графику пн пт 9-18/19, такой график ни одному нормальному работающему человеку не подойдёт, давно пора это понять, КЕБ!

Ужасный банк.работники банка могут сделать звонок в кассу,чтобы высветился определенный номер на табло.а другим клиентам в очереди стоять можно по часу и больше.
