Дозвонится в отделение на Кировоградской нереально, набирал в 13,14,15,16 часов, ждал по 10 минут, последний раз ожидание в течении 15 минут также не дало результата.В центральном офисе предупреждают что ехать без звонка не имеет смысла. И как быть в данной ситуации? Создается впечатление что мы интересны только тогда, когда заключаем какой либо договор, а вот далее....

Если надо забрать ПТС, нет необходимости дозваниваться, можно просто приехать, второй этаж — вся процедура заняла 10 минут (очень жаль что в центральном офисе уверяют что ехать без предварительной договоренности нельзя) Все очень вежливо корректно и быстро. Может кому то это будет полезно и он не потеряет 2 часа слушая музыку в своем телефоне!!!
