1. Один из таких банкоматов стоит у нас в офисе в г. Видное и работает как на прием, так и на выдачу наличных. Коллеги периодически жалуются на то, что банкомат при выдаче наличных списывает деньги с карты, но не выдает их. Один раз даже лично присутствовал при этом. После таких казусов приходится ехать в ближайшее отделение банка, писать заявление и надеяться, что деньги вернут обратно. Согласно одной из баек, слышанных мной от коллег, банкомат как-то раз списал с карты запрошенную сумму, но не выдал ее. Зато следующему клиенту банкомат в дополнении к запрошенной сумме выдал ровно ту же сумму, что не выдал предыдущему клиенту. Мастер, который периодически потрошит содержимое этого банкомата, служит дополнительным подтверждением того, что у этого банкомата серьезные проблемы.

достойный банк сам по себе, но банкомат медленно реагирует на выполнение операций. будь то запрос остатка на карте или оплата услуг. хотя интерфейс весьма приятный. современный дизайн и удобное расположение кнопок.
