Согласна, банк просто , ужасный!!! Очереди в отделении, операторы не торопятся, стоишь в очереди по часу! За каждую операцию берутся деньги🤦‍♀️, сделать справку по кредиту деньги, размен денег на кассе(200р) 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ в 13.00 мне позвонили, сказали что у меня долг по карте( хотя до этого все было погашено) оказывается они берут обслуживание за карту даже если ты ей не пользуешься! Мало того звонят по 5-6 раз на дню и выколачивают долг в 300р🤦‍♀️ да да! В 300р !!! Сегодня позвонили в 12.30 сказали задолженность увеличилась и теперь 600р, пришла в банк через 40 минут, что бы закрыть вообще все счета в этом банке, задолженность за 40 минут выросла до 900р🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Вывод! Ни кому не рекомендую этот банк!! Работаю хамы( особенно в горячей телефонной линии)

Самый ужасный банк! Когда спрашивала по телефону сколько нужно заплатить за обслуживание карты, чтобы не осталось должна, оплатила указанную сумму (даже чуть больше, чтобы наверняка) в этот же день. Но в следующем месяце мне выставили к оплате почти такую же сумму. Оказалось, что у них к процентам за не своевременную оплату (4 дня) за будущее обслуживание карты, взымается ещё и фиксированная сумма, на которую в дальнейшем ещё насчитывают проценты... Охраны нет никакой! Приходила с ребёнком, ребенок спокойно зашёл, открыл шкафчики, взял ключи... и никто, кроме меня, этого не заметил. Одно единственное отделение на всю Свердловскую область, где можно закрыть счёт. Никогда не связывайтесь с данным банком, без особой нужды, ну а если связались, то будьте осторожны (гладко стелят, жа жёстко спать).

Отвратительно. Просто отвратительно. 1 человека обслуживают более 20 минут. Очередь три человека. В зале 5 операторов. Ждала с 12.02 до 12.39.

Чтобы дозвониться до банка лучше использовать номер 351-01-37. Есть небольшая надежда, что по этому телефон кто-нибудь ответит.
