Отвратительное отношение к клиентам. Подтвердили оплату позиций которых нет на складе и уже месяц не возвращают деньги. В поддержке одни отговорки. Не связывайтесь с ними!

Шарашкина контора!!! Никогда не пользуйтесь услугами этого магазина !!! Сплошной обман!!! Только вешают лапшу на уши, не могу добиться возврата денег уже 2 месяца !! Только и делают, что пишут письма руководителю, на этом все … Ужасное место !! Не советую здесь что то заказывать, сто раз пожалеете !!

Недостатки: Товар оплачен, но не доставлен Комментарий: После оплаты перезвонили очень быстро, а вот привезти товар не сочли необходимым. Оплатила заказ в среду, доставку обещали в следующий четверг (неделя... а я даже не в регионе, доставка в Домодедово). На сайте написано "В оговоренный с оператором срок заказ можно будет забрать в рабочее время пункта. Так-же мы напомним о готовности по SMS." Сообщения нет, товара тоже. Понимаю, что бывают разные ситуации, сбой может быть на стороне службы доставки (у меня сдэк) и, возможно, просто на моем заказе так "звезды сошлись", но повторно не обращусь.

12.06 Ваш заказ поступил в ПВЗ. Вам высылали номер для отслеживания на сайте транспортной компании по электронной почте для его отслеживания.

KRASON.ru, вот только на сайте транспортной компании не работала функция отслеживания по номеру. Зря вы не контролируете процесс доставки до клиента.
