Ужасная сауна забронировали ужа подъезжали позвонили из сауны сказали что приехали по факту ваша бронь по боробану гуляйте мы вам не чем не обязаны -

Здравствуйте Игорь Греков, напишите пожалуйста когда конкретно это было (дата, время, имя администратора), мы обязательно разберёмся в сложившейся ситуации. А так же хотим отметить, что бронь это когда вы внесли предоплату (это можно сделать мгновенно переводом на карту), а без предоплаты, это предварительная запись. Но даже в этих случаях, мы обязательно предложим альтернативу (другую сауну). Для нас очень важно мнение и качество отдыха наших гостей.
