В филиале организована крайне неудобная система оповещения пациентов о появлении талонов при их отсутствии при непосредственном обращении пациента. При отсутствии талона на медицинскую услугу нет возможности получить талон пациенту самостоятельно. Нет возможности информирования и связи с пациентом по современным каналам связи: электронной почте, смс, мессенджерам вотсап и телеграм. Пациентам невозможно дозвониться в филиал, чтоб подтвердить запись или перезвонить после пропущенного звонка. Не скоординирована работа филиала с Порталом государственных услуг Московской области.
