Добрый день . Такого хамства и наглого обсчёта давно не встречал . 14.11.19 г. около 18.00 в г. Зеленограде корп 241 магазин Красное Белое . Совершив покупку и получив сдачу , чек почему-то не дали , попросил еще раз посчитать сумму моей покупки . На что встретил хамское не понимание и простое игнорирование . Отстояв еще раз в очереди , я еще раз попросил посчитать сумму моей покупки у продавца - молодой человек 20-ти лет от роду , подключилась к этому инцинденту старший продавец так же по началу хамски просила теперь меня пересчитать всё и предъявить чек о покупке . Рядом продавец подтвердила какую то стоимость моей покупки и встретив не понимание пришлось на пальцах объяснять как считается конечная стоимость покупки и сколько необходимо отдать сдачи , мы всё таки пришли к какому -то знаменателю . Поняв и принеся мне свои извинения , старший продавец отдала нужную сумму и пригласила приходить к ним еще . Очень надеюсь , что это всего магнитные бури вызвали такой сбой у сотрудников данного магазина

14.11.19 в магазине Красное Белое по адресу г. Зеленоград , корп 241 , около 18.00 столкнулся с хамским отношением , ни воспитанностью и не порядочностью персонала , в лице молодого человека продавца , пытавшегося обсчетать при покупке товаров . Игнорируя все просьбы о пересчете данной покупки , услышал упрёк о том , что я мешаю работать и задерживаю очередь . Отстояв еще раз в очереди и после долгого , не понятного разговора со старшим продавцом , которая присоединилась уже в процессе и так же показав себя не с лучшей стороны , просьбой предоставить чек , который не был получен , всё таки выяснили причину и получив , полагающиеся мне денежные средства , сдача при оплате , мне принесла свои извинения старший продавец . Прошу Вас , научить обслуживающий персонал считать и вежливо разговаривать с покупателями . Не очень приятно , когда " сопляк " 20 -ти летний начинает вести себя на равных с 42 -х летним человеком , который годится ему в отцы . Крайне был разочарован таким отношением .
