Хорошая вежливая кассирша Сорокина О.В ,сказала лучше снимите деньги в Сбербанке чем на вокзале с комиссией,ну а вот охрана старые деды очень наглые и грубые сидят в телефоне на все им по барабану

Конченые, вы чем вообще там занимаетесь?Вы трубку когда-нибудь будете брать с клиентов или нет. Зачем Вам 2 телефона "Диспетчерская" и "Справочная". Если вы очень заняты всегда, тогда не работайте просто, закройтесь, или найдите нормальных сотрудников на работу. Ваш сервис убогий, сделайте что-либо, чтобы не быть такими никчёмными

Обслуживание отвратительное. На кассе (четвёртой) не поздоровались, разговаривали грубо, неправильно прочли фамилию, хотя в паспорте написано всё чёрным по белому, не сообщили, с какой платформы отправляется автобус, из-за чего пришлось искать его самостоятельно. Благо, вокзал небольшой. Но это ещё не всё. Водитель наорал, не дав даже попрощаться с провожающими, контролёр после входа в автобус присоединился и перешёл на личности. Опоздание, к слову, равнялось одной лишь минуте, а крики и нравоучения продолжились даже после объяснения ситуации с моей стороны. Резюмируя, хочется сказать, что такого ублюдочного обращения не доводилось встречать ещё нигде. Если вам скучно или не на кого сорваться – попробуйте это место для того, чтоб выплеснуть негатив, ибо, даже если ваше настроение было хорошим, то персонал данного вокзала любезно поспешит на помощь и мигом исправит его.
