Заказал диван фабрики Rival в МЦ «Красный кит» (Продавец- ИП Шичкова Т.Н. договор №ККШ-134/16 от 26.07.2016 г.). Внес 100% предоплату за него. Через неделю позвонили и предложили еще раз (!) оплатить его стоимость в связи с тем, что данный салон в мебельном центре, указанный на официальном сайте фабрики, якобы не перевел деньги за него. То есть я по логики фабрики должен дважды (!) заплатить за этот злосчастный диван! Вопрос: есть ли смысл обращаться в торговый центр? С таким же успехом его можно было заказать где-нибудь в переходе метро… Никто никакой ответственности не несет.

Огромный минус ставим этому Торговому центру! 13.03.2016 в магазине H&M ходила неадекватная женщина в лисьей шубе с ребенком в коляске!!! И предлагала всем вокруг интимные! услуги. Помимо этого просто вела себя как сумасшедшая. При обращании к охране магазина и самого торгового центра последовало полное бездействие с их стороны. При обращении в администрацию также последовал отказ в принятии каких-либо мер. Настроение испорчено, сюда больше ни ногой. На парковке полно попрошаек, охраны нет, а если есть, то проявляют полное безразличие к происходящему. Грубый персонал. Живем рядом , но теперь это место всей семьей будем обходить стороной! Сама работала в администрации другого торгового комплекса, но не как не могла ожидать ТАКОГО бездействия со стороны администрации Красного Кита. До пристройки в Ките было намного лучше и посетителей уважали и ценили.
