Плохо что в продаже нет жареной рыбы

Увидел упаковку икры Кеты (дата выработки - сентябрь 2019 года). Спросил продавцов:"Вы купите себе молоко с семимесячным сроком?" В ответ: мат-перемат

Здравствуйте! Благодарим Вас интерес, проявленный к нашей продукции. Рыба семейства лососевых на Сахалине и Камчатке нерестится с середины мая до конца сентября. Зависит от места обитания и вида рыбы. Вся икра заготавливается именно в этот период и далее хранится в охлажденном виде. К сожалению, в марте свежевыловленной икры не найти в продаже нигде. Наша икра может храниться при температуре минус 4 - минус 6 градусов более года, после приобретения в общей камере бытового холодильника - не дольше 15 дней в закрытом виде и не более 3-х дней после вскрытия. Всегда Ваша, торговая сеть «Красная икра».
