При хорошем ассортименте компании и приемлемом качестве товара (не считая, что есть брак) - просто ужасающее качество работы с клиентом. Менеджеры постоянно лгут, грубят. За бракованную краску возврата денег даже и не ждите, их Вам не вернут. Если захотите связаться с руководством? Не ждите! Телефон руководителя Вам никто не даст, и пошлют подальше с такими требованиями в самой грубой форме. Сваливают на то, что потеряли документы, отправили повтор документов заказным письмом (почта России уведомила, что адресат получил письмо) - они заявляют, что письмо не получили. Отправляли 3 раза письма - эффект нуль. Конторка из 90-х.

Пользовался краской для бетонного пола полибетол. При выборе краски консультанты магазина мне помогли определиться какая лучше, и какая больше подойдет для моих работ. Полибетол совершенно не имеет запаха, и красить можно даже при минусовой температуре (последнее не проверял, а про запах оказалось правдой). Консультанты магазина еще сказали, что поверхность пола не повредится если попадет какая-то химия типа бензина или масла. Собственно поэтому её и брал, так как в гараже на пол нередко капает всякая ерунда. 2 месяца прошоло - полёт нормальный!
