Кто уже судился с этим КПК? Напишите что надо иметь в суде? Какие документы, справки, другие доказательства? Как арестовать счет? Подал иск в суд, жду вызова.

Все зависит от того, какие требования Вы заявили. А так, необходимо иметь следующее: - договор с ответчиком. - документ, свидетельствующий о передаче ответчику денежных средств; - заявление в адрес ответчика о выдаче основной суммы; - претензию А дальше, по сути дела, у них есть обязанность возвратить Вам деньги. Ну сколько уже можно. КПК "Сберфонд", КПК "Семейный капитал". Одна и та же песня. Инициируйте иски, только денег Вы все равно не увидите. Они в СРО не состоят, регулятор может только ликвидировать их, при условии выявления схемы "финансовой пирамиды". Одно могу сказать точно - я бы не стал тратить деньги на юриста больше 20 000 рублей. Решение будет только на бумаге. И будет также все, как с КПК "Семейный капитал". Банкротство, уголовка, а исполнительные листы будут висеть до прекращения исполнительного производства ввиду невозможности взыскания. Нужна будет информация, пишите и звоните мне. +7 900 632 26 22. Полностью поддерживаю Александра в данном вопросе! Что толку от этих исков??? Ну напишем, ну подадим, один черт, пока КПК не распродаст имущество, никто своих денег не увидит! Были у нас знакомые, заплатили "правозащитникам" 70 000 за исковое, ну и что?! А вот ничего! 3 типовые бумажки за 70 000. Поймите правильно, лично я ни к чему не призываю, но будьте разумны, и держите в уме то, что нашей с вами беде, сейчас будут РЕКЛАМИРОВАТЬСЯ очень много "правозащитников", основная цель которых - это заработать на нас деньги, а не помочь!
