Прекрасное,спокойное,тихое место в лесу,энергетическое,солнечное,прекрасное место,жить тут просто великолепно.Я житель со стажем,живу в Марселе 10 лет с 2015 года,пережила все ремонты Калужки и в Москву не хочу ,совсем.

Мы давно мечтали о собственном доме, решили поменять квартиру в Москве на таунхаус. Поселок Марсель оказался идеальным выбором по цене, расположению и качеству. Малоэтажная застройка создает ощущение уединенности, не закрывая солнца и неба. Экология здесь просто потрясающая, воздух чистейший. Плюс, наличие московской прописки стало приятным бонусом. После просмотра нескольких вариантов квадрохаус и двух таунхаусов, мы остановились именно на тауне, оформили в ипотеку.
