Больша просьба к консультанттам магазинов «котофей» не задавать покупатилям на вопрос « на какой возраст этот размер? Вопрос «Смотря какая у вашего ребёнка голова». Это самый дурацкий вопрос на который сложно ответить по многим причинам : ребёнок обычный, шапка в подарок и фиг знает какая голова…особенно когда ребёнок чужой. Есть у каждого размера шапки, как и у одежды примерные возрастные рамки. А уже сам покупатель решит надо ему «чуть больше или «чуть меньше». Есть приблезительные стандарты как в одежде где один размер соответствует 6-7 лет, 7-8 лет и так далее. «Смотря кака голова» только озадачивает и никак не помогает определению примерных норм размера шапки. То ли она на 6 мес., то ли на 5 лет. Покупатели априоре не должны быть специалистами по определению размеров на глаз. Возмутило, по этому пока 2 звезды. Вторая за то что вроде бренд хороший. Хотела купить, но продавец запутала так что не покупку не совершила.

Всё бы ничего, но вот только цены от их же сайта отличаются, внимание, в 1,5 раза!!!! Не на 100 рублей...а в полтора раза!!! Объяснение простое, ну на сайте нет вашего размера!!! Зашибись сетка...лично я такой расклад одного брэнда, не франшизы, одной сети расцениваю как обман. Лично мне такое бизнес поведение очень не по душе....да и с ассортиментом тоже напряг, вроде сезон, а зимней обуви почти нет, и я сильно сомневаюсь, что она распродана, т.к. есть все размеры да и зима нынче не та)

Во всех магазинах сотрудники приветливые и обходительные, легко находят контакт с детьми. Были в отделе в Меге там не оказалось нужного размера позвонил в магазин на Миклухо-Маклая. Проконсультировали и отложили обувь до моего приезда. Отдел расположен за лифтами, а вывеска о магазине висит на противоположной стороне-это как недостаток
