Уважаемый директор сети белья и колготок на 4 этаже, проведите работу с консультантами. Клиентоориентированность находится на 0. Мало того, что женщина «консультант» стояла в 2-х метрах и ни разу не подошла с помощью, а только следила что я делаю. Когда я задала вопрос касательно необходимой модели колготок, она даже не подошла, а с того же места где стояла, даже не пошевелилась, ответила «я не знаю, все что есть на витрине». Как вы считаете это нормальный подход к работе? Хоть бы сделала вид что работает и хотя бы подошла. Зачем такие консультанты, если я все должна искать самостоятельно, разгребая кучи колготок. Визит был 19.01.20 . Проведите работу с женщиной «консультантом», которая была в этот день на смене, как необходимо консультировать и выполнять свои должностные обязанности. Кроме того, слова «мне нужно на обед» когда я выбираю товар не очень стимулирует к покупке.

Спасибо, надеюсь Вы действительно проведёте работу, а не «для галочки». Ассортимент и цены замечательные. Переехала в другой район, но все равно стараюсь закупаться у вас. Остался неприятный осадок, не хочется искать новое место. Обычно проблем не возникало, всегда помогали.
