Я люблю Кошелев банк за самый хороший курс по Калуге, но вечно с кассой непонятно, валюту меняют просто на самые изношенные купюры, при этом меняю деньги от 300 евро обычно, при этом отказывались принимать мои использованные евро купюры, которые были просто в кошельке и не хрустели новизной, даже с курсом ниже (обменяла в другом банке без проблем). Когда попросила девушку получше дать купюры, она дала по 500 и по 1000 на 30тысяч рублей, отомстила) Знакомые сталкивались с такой же проблемой. Неприятное впечатление.

Грабёж средь бела дня. В 2017 году продали "еТокен" с ГОСТом 2001года за 2000рублей(а без токина интернет банк не работает) и в 2018 требуют поменять на ГОСТ 2012г и так же заплатить 2000 рублей. К тому же из-за каждой запятой или сомнения вам блокируют операции и просят лично явиться в банк.

Нормальный банк,работники все квалифицированы.Имел случай ,как сотрудник обьяснял посетителю,как лучше разместить деньги,а тот все не понимал,терпение тому работнику.
