Обратились в агенство чтобы продать недвижимость. Двое собственников - риелтор ведет работу с одной стороной, игнорирую второго собственника. Пока сам не позвонишь, не поинтересуешься - никто не соизволит тебя известить о новостях. Семь месяцев кормили завтраками. По факту скидывают цену самостоятельно, ведут себя не честно. Не рекомендую. Сделку пришлось отменить.

Не рекомендую обращаться в данное агенство, поскольку оно не заинтересовано в продаже вашей недвижимости. Несколько раз пыталась договориться с риэлтором на просмотр квартиры. То она на все выходные уезжает из города, потом выясняется, что вообще в выходные не работает. Прошу заранее назначить время просмотра, поскольку живём далеко, почему-то это проблема для риэлтора. Впервые сталкиваюсь с такой безответственностью. Никакой клиентоориентированности.

Спрашивать у автора дату визита и прочее не в правилах нашего агентства, мы работаем в любое удобное для клиента время, дальнейшие переговоры возможны по телефону, никогда и ни в чем мы своим клиентам не отказываем, по сему кланяемся Полине или тому, кто написал это

"Достойный" ответ, соответствующий уровеню сервиса организации. Вы, должно быть, невнимательно прочитали. О каком визите речь? Я покупатель, которому не удалось записаться на просмотр продаваемой вами недвижимости, поскольку риэлтор не был в этом заинтересован. И мой отзыв - предупреждение для людей, планирующих продавать свою недвижимость с вами. Лучше бы работали над качеством предоставляемых услуг, а не кланялись.
