Сегодня 02.03.18 пришла обменять ранее купленный товар, а точнее трусы детские 2 пары для мальчика. Обратившись к несколькм сразу продавцам в зале и предъявив товар, мне сказали, что надо ждать и будет произведён обмен с возвратом. Показали на кассу у которой я должна ждать, продолжительное время ожидая и наблюдая разборки кассира с очередным недовольным покупателем я стала уточнять сколько мне ещё ждать, т.к. мой годовалый ребёнок ждет меня на улице ( в магазине нет пандуса и поднять коляску нет возможности, ребёнок плохо ходит) внезапно эта девушка за кассой объявляет мне что никакого обмена не будет и то что мой ребёнок прождал всё это время на морозе не её проблемы. На вопрос почему мне несколько человек ( сотрудников магазина) сказали стоять в очереди к ней и ждать обмен ( товар с чеком я им показала), она также ответила что ничего не знает и проблема не её. Получив такое негативное отношение у меня пропало желание пользоваться услугами этого магазина, было удобно и рядом, очень жаль, что такие сотрудники там работают.

Покупаю в этом магазине детское питание и средства гигиены для своего ребёнка, выбор очень хороший, каждый месяц проходят отличные акции. Также там есть хорошие игрушки, одежда и другие детские товары. Мне очень нравится этот магазин.
