Купили упаковку памперсов для новорожденных, к сожалению она оказалась не нужна, решили вернуть, всё таки 800 с чем-то рублей, нам отказали в возврате, т.к. данный товар относится к средствам личной гигиены и по закону возврату не подлежит. На нашу просьбу позвать начальника магазина ( мы надеялись на человечное отношение, может всё же можно вернуть, ведь они не вскрытые и пришли мы буквально через полчаса или хотя бы обменять на поменьше упаковку ), нам сказала кассир, дословно: " У начальницы машина приехала, она к вам не выйдет!", на вопрос как скоро она освободиться, было сказано: "К вечеру может быть!" В общем осталось неприятное ощущение от общения с дамой на кассе, которая даже не попыталась позвать начальницу, сложилось впечатление пренебрежительного отношения к клиентам. Идти за покупками в этот магазин больше не хочется!

Магазинов такого плана не хватает на наших улицах. Хочется купить ребенку вещи получше и покачественней. Этот магазин нас и в том и в другом полностью удовлетворяет.
