Общение с клиентами отвратительное. На простейший вопрос есть ли в наличии картридж или смогут ли они заправить, мастер несколько раз переспрашивал что за принтер и чем я думал когда его покупал.

Сто раз уже заправляла в этом месте, хотя это совсем не рядом с домом 😅 Просто тут точно работает профессионалы, заправляла в другом месте, испортили картридж, в итоге пришла сюда,так мне и заправили и починили поломку другого сервиса. Всегда все делают качественно, и ищут причину поломки, а не просто устраняют поломку. В итоге мой древний МФУ благодаря сотрудникам прошел и огонь, и воду, и два диплома и ещё кандидатскую 😁 Немного дольше работали сотрудники в связи с ремонтом,так как раньше отдавали отремонтированную технику в течении 3-х часов, максимум сутки, а тут пришлось 3 дня ждать. Но я не в претензии, все понимаю , как тяжело работать в условиях ремонта. Ещё мне нравятся, что здесь работают честные люди, если ошиблись, ошибку признают, иногда в ущерб себе.
