Мы обязательно будем работать над повышением скорости оказания услуг! Что касается качества обслуживания - мы хотели бы разобраться в неприятной ситуации, чтобы избежать ее повторения в дальнейшем. Научите персонал работать с файлами PDF, очень дерзкий персонал , и да ценник 12 руб это дорого ((( просто нет конкуренции рядом
