Одного работника явно недостаточно. Вы либо его зарплатой простимулируйте, либо второго наймте. Ждал час+, при мне ушло 8 (!) человек, не получив услуг. Неприветливый персонал Душно. Долго. В подвале не ловит мобильный интернет, а гостевого wifi не предлагают. Клиентский сервис толком отсутствует. Спасибо, что хоть здороваются. Вывески нет.

Внутри всё отл, но найти вход сложно. Надо спускаться в Алфавит, слева от пятерки, внизу налево через стеллажи обуви.

Пользуюсь услугами условно раз в месяц. Относительно срочный документ распечатать. Один листик. И постоянно попадаю в очереди. Там денег 20 рублей. По звонку не печатают, только личный визит. Без очереди не хотят пропустить сотрудники. Я их в принципе понимаю, текущий клиент важнее и дороже в деньгах. Можно как то решить вопрос "печать по звонку"? Для вас не такая дорогая потеря в деньгах если я не приду. Но данные мои есть, можно и отказать мне в следующий раз. Могу оплатить онлайн.

Вчера 13.06 приезжала сюда делать брошюровку диплома, а уже сегодня диплом просто развалился. Девушка очень плохо выполнила свою работу, половину листов не вставила в пружину, от чего они сегодня все и выпали
