Сначала недостатки: Странным показалось то что не смотря на то что в смске указан код для получения, оказалось этого недостаточно еще нужен и номер заказа, проблема конечно небольшая, но в чем смысл этого кода непонятно.... Расположение неудобное - от метро пешком далекоавто, а на машине припарковаться негде... Они находятся на втором этаже офисного центра и на входе охранник требует удостоверение личности. При оформлении заказа на сайте похоже был сбой и не получалось оформить самовывоз, а в заказ сразу включалась стоимость доставки, в итоге со всеми созвонами-перезвонами оформление заказа заняло около часа, при этом все выбранные фотографии сбросили и пришлось загружать их заново. Возможно мне не повезло, тк знаю людей которые пользуются их сервисом и вобщем-то довольны. Поэтому не стал ставить им "3"

идёшь в надежде всё сделать быстро, но прямо на входе охранник вас не пустит если вы ему не покажите паспорт или водительское))) глупость размещаться в таких местах бизнес, поэтому -500р
