Такого кошмарного обслуживания я давно не встречала! Когда мне понадобилась печать подарка на день рождения, я долго выбирала компанию и выбор пал на "Копирку". И с этого дня начался настоящий балаган! 1. Не отвечают в соцсетях - зачем тогда иметь сообщества и аккаунты на всех популярных площадках? Потому что все так делают? 2. Все общение происходит ПО ПОЧТЕ! В 2020 году так и не научились быть мобильными и заботится о клиенте. 3. Когда допустили ошибку при печати даже не попытались об этом предупредить - узнала уже по факту обращения. Один и тот же макет был наполовину запорот! Менеджер пытался ввести в заблуждение, говоря, что я выбрала не ту цветовую схему для половины документа! Т.е. магическим образом цельный макет в пдф вдруг стал наполовину РГБ, наполовину СМУК. Магия, не иначе. Естественно, вариантов решения проблемы я не получила (хотя готова была доплатить) Пока я металась, как исправить ситуацию - менеджер молча смотрел на меня, ожидая, наверное, моего скорого ухода. Т.к. я спешила я бросила все и побежала на поиски другой фотопечати, где мне все напечатали как надо С ТОГО ЖЕ МАКЕТА. 4. После того, как я написала о своём печальном опыте на почту, никакой реакции не получила. Что ж, вот так "Копирка" зарабатывает. На одноразовых клиентах. В общем, мерзкое местечко. Обходите стороной.
